TKP TK02 is used for Applicationss where an alkaline phosphate is required for either pH adjustment or alkaline buffering. It is particularly used to replace trisodium phosphate where reduced sodium is required or higher solubility is desired. 

Examples include

♦  Additive for processed cheese. 

♦ Component of phosphate mixes for meat-processing, aiding emulsification and solubilisation of fats. 

♦ An alkali source for cleaners and detergents where iron is a potential problem.
